Online Orders
We sell directly online to Health Care Professionals only.
| If you are a retail customer, please call our office toll-free 1-877-272-9466 Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm Pacific Time. We apologize if you are a returning retail customer, but you will not be able to place an online order at this time. Please call our toll free number for more information. |
Orders may be placed online only after creating a Professional membership profile. To create your online profile, press the [register] button under the Authentication label on the right. Once you create your profile, it will take up to 24 business-day hours for personal verification of your degree, license or other credentials. If for some reason we are unable to verify your information, we will contact you by email for additional details.

Shipping Informaiton
Free ground shipping on domestic orders over $300.
All orders are shipped from our Reno, Nevada location.
The default shipping method is UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Orders under $100 are shipped for $7.95
Orders from $100 to $200 are shipped for $9.95
Orders from $200 to $300 are shipped for $11.95
Orders over $300 ship FREE.
International orders are shipped by UPS or US Postal service, and rates are calculated based on destination, weight and delivery speed.
Expedited UPS shipping is available. Please select the method and speed desired when placing your order. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and destination.
