Brain Vibrance prudently omits Gingko biloba standardized extract. While ginkgo offers clinically-researched benefits, its use must be tailored to suit individual patient needs. Ginkgo also is contraindicated with the use of blood thinning medications such as common aspirin (Drugs Aging. 2002;19(11):879-86).
